My daughter suffers from anxiety and panic attacks particularly with school and exams. We did a few sessions with Sinead. I would highly recommend her. The tools and resources she used in each session have been so valuable. My daughter practices these before stressful situations.

My son attended several one to one sessions with Sinead to address his anxiety, particularly in school. Sinead guided him through practical emotional regulation techniques to help him manage his emotions. Before attending I was unsure if he would like the sessions or if they would even help him but I was willing to try anything. He really enjoyed his time with Sinead and learnt a lot of strategies which we still use today. Sinead is a very affable person which allowed him to relax and enjoy the fun sessions. I would highly recommend Sinead's classes to anyone who has a child struggling with social and emotional wellbeing issues. Sinead has went above and beyond in supporting my son in his journey and for that I am eternally grateful.

Relax Kids Belfast with Sinead popped in over half term to lead our mindfulness day! The sessions was incredible, all the kids took part and the two sessions left the kids feeling Calm, Happy and Confident, they moved, played, stretched, did self-massage, belly breathed, used positive self-talk and finished with relaxing visualisations, we will definitely have Sinead back again and would recommend highly,

Sinead is great my 13 year old asd son attended a 6 week course with her for understanding his emotions and i really can't get over how far he has come. Sinead has now give him the tools for him to clam himself down when he is feeling stressed out or confused and for him to understand his emotions I am now hoping to be able get his twin brother into a session with her.

Sinead is one in a million. I honestly don't know how she's done it but my son is like a different child. He has some very complex issues, one of which being severe anxiety. He hasn't had a meltdown in almost a week, the longest stretch in a long time. I have and will recommend Sineads services to everyone and anyone. She is so calming and soft spoken, understanding and patient, she even kept me at ease in my mad journey to get to her! (thanks again for that btw). She is literally worth every solitary penny and I can't wait to see the progress my son makes over the course of the next few months with her.

My son attended a Relax Kids SEAG test preparation session with Sinead and found it really beneficial - he came away from it saying he felt much less anxious about the test and better equipped to deal with any nerves. He also came home with a bundle of resources he, and us, can refer to, to help focus and ground him in times of stress or just as everyday practice. Thanks Sinead!

My daughter has had time with Sinead both through her preschool and again in 1-2-1 sessions. She has really helped us with some big feelings and has lots of fun, quick, and clever ways to do it. My daughter has benefitted from having space to practise these outside the home and we do more at home. Sinead also has some lovely resources to support and make the abstract more concrete.

Sinead has facilitated two terms of sessions with the children in the nursery school. The children enjoyed the sessions which were very child-friendly and age appropriate . The children learned about big emotions, how to recognise themand how to cope with them. They enjoyed the belly breathing, yoga poses and were delighted with the propsand the sensory elements used. I would thoroughly Sinead’s calm and quiet approach to helping children respond to their feelings.

What an amazing session it was., Lots of lovely games, chats about why we feel how we do and then we ended the session with a lovely story about happiness! We are now going to be including mindfulness and re.laxing strategies and games into our daily routines and plans, and we our also planning for Sinead to come out and do a workshop with our staff, 5 stars for you Sinead, the kids absolutely loved it! Sinead came to Knockbreda to work with our P5 children. Over 4 weeks our pupils learnt how to manage big emotions and building their emotional resilience. Sinead taught them techniques like Belly Breathing, visualisation and yoga stretching. These sessions were invaluable in helping our pupils manage emotions and become ready to learn. We can’t thank Sinead enough for helping everyone to strengthen their sense of well-being and self-esteem.
